Ingredients: • 500gm Sunny Seafood Frozen Prawn Wontons (1kg) • 2 Bunches of Asian Greens (Bok Choy/Chinese Broccoli - washed cut into 10cm lengths) • 100gms Sunny Seafood Vermicelli (300gms pk) • Shallots (spring onions)- finely Chopped *Suggestion: Adding Sunny Seafood cooked 31/40 380gm prawns to make the meal extra special
Broth Ingredients:
• 800ml of chicken stock
• 2 Cloves of Garlic (bruised)
• 3-4 pcs of the white ends of spring onions.
• 20gms Sunny Seafood Frozen Ginger peeled & sliced
• 2 tbsp of light Soy
• 2 tsp of Raw/White sugar
• 2 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil (dependant on personal preference)
*If time is not permitting, you can purchase a tin of
wonton soup powder and follow instructions which
tastes good for a quick easy broth.
Cooking Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients into a pan over medium heat & fry, stir in white ends of the spring onions. 2. Add the Chicken stock and bring to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the Garlic & Ginger from broth before serving. 3. In a big pot boil up the FROZEN Sunny Seafood wontons (do not defrost) as per packet instructions about 4-5 minutes or until they float to the top, carefully remove with a slotted spoon straight into serving bowl. 4. Quickly Blanch the vegetables in the hot soup broth & place in serving bowl. 5. Prepare Noodles as per packet instructions and add to pre-cooked wontons & vegetables, ladle soup over the ingredients. Sprinkle spring onions.
